Today 23rd June 2025 officers from the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) led by Mr Brian Kiplagat ( 2nd L)and Reuben Ingolo (L), held a consultative meeting with the Chief Principal of The Eldoret National Polytechnic( TENP) . Present was Mr Alex Kasaine , Chief Security Officer.The discussions centered on strengthening collaboration between IPOA and the Polytechnic in promoting student awareness on matters of security and responsible citizenship.
. Dr. Charles Koech welcomed the initiative, noting that security awareness is a vital component of holistic education.
The IPOA officers commended the Polytecnic’s proactive approach to student welfare and pledged continued engagement to ensure that learners are equipped with the tools to navigate security-related challenges both on and off campus.
